On-location fine art family portrait photography

I love taking family portrait photographs and I love to give my images a fine art feel – avoiding staged poses and naff backgrounds – while still retaining a totally timeless quality; pictures that will look as great in fifty years time as they do today.

The main way that I do this is to let everyone be themselves, be led by the children and make sure that I record the things they enjoy doing and the places they enjoy playing.

I spent a wonderful morning with Lynzy and her family, playing in the garden – the kids were a dab hand a golf – and also indoors where the children’s hobbies really came into their own, be that guitar, photography, or being a fairy!

We had such a great time and I am absolutely thrilled with the pictures. The fog made for such a wonderful atmosphere and I hope you enjoy this set of fine art family portrait photographs.
