Timeless black and white family photography that tells your unique story

Working together, I tailor your photoshoot around you as a family: what you enjoy, how you laugh and how you love. As no two families are the same, so every photoshoot is different.

We spend a morning together having fun. I don’t use a studio, so we can work at your home, creating Lego masterpieces or enjoying the garden, or travel to one of your family’s favourite places to explore, play games or even water-ski. Whatever you love to do, I can unobtrusively capture the quirky detail or the big shot.

I only book one session a day so everyone can relax and feel comfortable. We quickly build a rapport that results in naturally joyous black and white images which reflect your child’s true personality.

From personal experience, I know the pleasure of having wonderful pictures of my own childhood and of the people I love. My father’s photography style has influenced mine and, as one of four children, I understand the dynamics of recording sibling interactions on camera.

With 20 years’ experience as a family photographer in London, I’m highly regarded within the industry. And always dedicated to taking striking, beautiful images you’ll cherish.

Karoline and Jacob’s story

Time flies when you’re having fun and I can hardly believe it was 2009 when I first met newborn Karoline and her family. Over the years, I’ve done nine photoshoots to document the family growing up: beautiful black and white photographs which now cover the walls of their home.

Organising and committing to regular photoshoots is more than worth it when you can look back and watch your family grow over time.

The difference between the tiny newborn and the fascinating teenager is incredible.

It’s been such a privilege to record those fifteen years and, as you can see, the pictures provide wonderful photographic memories that Karoline and her brother Jacob can take with them into adulthood.
