A grand day out

I am always excited when I get to go on a family outing. It is lovely to shoot around the home but there is always something nice about finding new places and exploring. As I see Arthur and Honor a lot and we usually shoot at home we thought that we would venture further afield for this years Christmas card shoot (and we were blessed with comically good weather on a day when woolly hats and big coats would have been more appropriate). We packed the car and headed to the seaside before a boat trip on the lake and finishing at a castle where the most exciting thing was definitely the giant chess set although Honor trying to let down her hair like Repunzel from the battlements was a comic moment. Here are a few favorites – my Christmas card plans are looking awesome, can’t wait to get it printed.
