Announcing our new website

It has been a long time coming, but today we are thrilled to launch our new website. Kate and I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes – writing new text, selecting our favourite images for the portfolios, tweaking the logo, layout and fonts, and creating new content for you to enjoy. Our wonderful designer Mike has come up trumps once again and we are thrilled with the new look, and enormous thanks must go, as always, to my amazing husband Tom who has built the new website for us, paid only in beer and pizza.

We’ve added some new growing-up galleries, as Poppy and Edward’s gallery has always been so popular. It’s lovely to see how the children grow-up over the years and having feature galleries allows me to demonstrate how the pictures fit together year-on-year, creating a wonderful record of childhood. I plan to add a few more of these growing-up galleries in future and I will also be updating them as we do more shoots with the families, so you can follow the children’s progress.

We now have photographs to show some of our images in-situ in people’s homes in the Products and Prices section and we hope to be adding to this as the summer progresses. I know how nice it is to be able to get an idea of how something will look on the wall, and we hope these images will provide some inspiration.

We have also added a dedicated Christenings and baptism photography section, as photographing these wonderful family events is becoming more and more popular. We’ve compiled a portfolio of images along with details of how we approach larger family celebrations like christenings and baptisms, and also an extended Christening feature gallery gallery to give you an in-depth look at how one particular day was approached and all the lovely images that I took – it was a wonderful shoot, and the album we created for the family was spectacular.
