Newborn portrait photography in Sydenham near Dulwich, South London

There are days when I am frankly astonished by the places people find this website. We were very pleased (and quite surprised) when John contacted us from the US to see if he could book a newborn portrait photography session for his daughter in Sydenham, near Dulwich in South London.

You can imagine my astonishment when not only had John found my website from all that distance away, but to recognise the name of his daughter as someone I had lived with at Cambridge University and had since lost touch. We responded with a ‘I don’t suppose it’s the same person, but was your daughter the same Beth who lived in Clare Hall….’ email and lo and behold, I had a session booked with an old friend I hadn’t seen for years! Honestly, I can’t tell you how excited and pleased I was.

I arrived at Beth’s house and it was just wonderful – wonderful to see an old friend, wonderful to meet her lovely husband, and wonderful to take photographs of her beautiful newborn baby, Albert.

It was a great morning filled with laughter and I’m so thrilled to be back in touch. Here are some of my favorite images from our newborn baby and family portrait photography session in Sydenham near Dulwich in South London.
