Children’s birthday party photography with Magical Quest parties

It’s all go go go here at the moment, with the busy summer season upon us and I’m loving every minute of it.

Here are some photographs from Arthur’s eighth birthday party with the wonderful Jessica and her team from Magical Quests children’s parties.

As always, we had a wonderful time – the theme was an investigation party (Arthur is very into spies) and featured characters from the Famous Five, among others. I was in heaven as a massive Enid Blyton fan.

I love photographing children’s birthday parties. They’re very different to the children’s portrait photography sessions that I normally do, providing lots of opportunities for natural black and white photographs that really show the children’s personalities.
