Baby portrait photography on Mersea Island, Suffolk

I was lucky enough to meet Victoria and Matthew a number of years ago when Victoria was bridesmaid and Matthew was best man at the wedding of some of my favourite clients, Stuart and Susie. I was so pleased when they got in touch to ask if I would travel to visit them in West Mersea in Suffolk to photograph their baby son William.

I’m always happy to get out and about around the UK, and so I was thrilled to visit Mersea. It’s such a beautiful place – I’m certainly planning to take Tom there for a visit over the summer.

We had a wonderful morning together – we met early and headed out onto the beach for some shots before William’s early morning nap, then home for some more pictures, before heading out and about again to take the dogs for a walk and to explore the beach huts further along the beach, which I had discovered on my exploratory run the night before.
