Family and children’s photographer in Wimbledon, South West London

For today’s selection of children’s and family photographs, I took a trip south of the river to visit Wimbledon in South West London. I’ve been lucky enough to photograph Linda and her family for nine years, and I always look forward to our annual photo shoot as we always have such a lovely time. It’s also a family where the dynamic between the siblings holds a big place in my heart as they are a family with three older boys and one girl, the youngest, is the same as my own family. Charlotte definititely is in the best position, I reckon!

If you’d like to take a look at some pictures from our previous shoots over the past nine years, do look back at these family pictures to see the incredible value of photographing your family over the years – here are links to our family photo shoots from 2013, from 2012, and from 2006 and 2008.

We spent a fabulous morning exploring all the different areas of Wimbledon Common, which is one of my favourite locations for family photography. We also explored the more formal gardens of Cannizaro House, a beautiful spot full of wonderful backdrops for photography.

I loved catching up on the year’s news and as always, the children had such interesting things to tell me – from their summer holidays to what they were up to at school, and they always have brilliant book recommendations for me as they are a family of voracious readers. I’m looking forward to sharing some new discoveries of my own on our next session.

I’m thrilled to share some of my favourite images from our portrait session, a lovely selection of individual portraits and sibling and family group shots that will be a great addition to our annual photographic record of the children as they grow up.

If you like you’d like to arrange a photo shoot for your own family and children in Wimbledon SW19, throughout London or beyond, then do contact us – it would be great to put a date in the diary for you.
